1983 graduated at Secondary school of Electrical Engineering in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm, (SPSEFrenštát p.R.).
In 1988 graduated at Brno University of Technology, (VUT Brno), Faculty of Electrical Engineering (FEL).
23 June 2009 appointed by District Court in Ostrava pod cj. Spr 1752/2009 as an expert in field of electrotechnics.
